what is surprising to me is that he has these two incredible and expensive cars but he (or she) has unfinished patched sheetrock and exposed studs along the house wall. There is also no insulation in that wall. Priorities I guess. Also just a two car garage???

Exactly!! That stone looks to be a cheap glue on type. The hand rail is missing all the balusters and the soffit is the cheap vinyl stuff. And the hole cut in the rear door. There is something very odd about this photo. The cars and house just don't match.
